I have seen same concerns of domain taking some time to approve. Yes, you really have to wait because it is a Google thing. There were instances domain is not approved (as what I read in other forums). In this case, you can actually contact Ezoic support to take another take a look at your site and they can manually resubmit it. For now, just have a little patience but if you feel its been few weeks now, you can still reach out to Ezoic support and perhaps there is a way for them to check the status. Best of luck.
Please inform how did you contact the ad manager? I cannot find the manager there - only bots and so on

this man has the right idea, wait a little longer .
If your concern is about your google as manager domain/status, whether its still on review/pending, or disapproved, you can reach out to Ezoic support so they can review your site and Ezoic can check with Google or they can manually resumbit your site for review. I think there is no way you can contact Google directly by yourself.
