ezoic vs adsense

A repeated question with no clear answer i know but I'm asking for my specific case details below

21000 New users a month
28000 sessions a month
Average engagement time 40 seconds
90% of the Traffic is from the united states the rest from the united kingdom and Germany
all of the traffic is coming from organic search results
Hobbies/Anime/Gaming Niche

Based on the stats above how much do you think ezoic will pay for 1000 views ? right now I'm running adsense auto ads which is pure shite it is making me around 2$ a day should i have my hopes up on ezoic paying me much more ?

Your best bet is just trying man, that's all you can do. I've tested Ezoic and have seen better results but site speed took a hit and I went back to adsense auto ads. But it could be different for you. Just give ezoic a chance for 1 month and see if it performs better and if not, you can always go back to adsense. That is what I would do.
 
Stick to adsense for now and aim for a better ad network like mediavine when your traffic increases.
 
In general ezoic will give better revenue.
You can try to get approval for ezoic and use it for a month and check.
Ezoic setup is pain you will have to use their servers and cdn, site could go offline for few hours if you make any mistake.
Turning adsense on and off is pretty easy. Add or remove adsense code from site header using a plugin.
 
ezoic will reduce your site speed. i seen most site have less speed mobile speed with ezoic ads. give a try with mediavine. i think now they change their rules. go to their official website and read their ads requirements in 2024.

How sure are you that the problem was Ezoic? How did you confirm it?

will do just waiting on google ads manager approval so ezoic can start serving ads! hoping for the best

Mediavine requires 50k sessions a month i only got around 28k sadly they won't accept my site

how did you come up with this number ? any previous experience ? if so what niche you had ?
yeah i understand that ezoic will spam the page with ads am totally ok with that if the revenue is decent to be honest

i didn't have any trouble setting it up it looks confusing at the first glance but when you read more it actually makes sense ^^

I'm ok giving up site speed for revenue! at the end of the day I'm a website flipper i don't keep websites for a long time i just need a month or two of revenue from ezoic so i can list it for monthly multipliers! :)

i think he is right allot of people mentioned ezoic putting up shitload of ads which effected the load speed of sites some people even claimed it effected the ranking due to slower load time!

Yes, its easy. over the time its more then just the initial setup for example
1) You want to switch hosting of your site. How will you do that?
2) Switch between adsense and ezoic and vice versa. How will you do that?

Based on 8 years of experience. I have tested a huge number of AdSense publisher accounts vs other ad networks.
There are many other ad networks that generate better earnings than AdSense in some industries, but I don't know your website.
A great ad network is also Mediavine. But you have too little user traffic to your website.

Thank you for the information broski much appreciated in regard to MediaVine i will need another 20k sessions to be able to apply if i showed you the website would you be able to estimate revenue on ezoic ?

i was trying to get an estimate on how much more online there is no clear answer some claim 3$/1000views and some claim upto 50$/1000views you can see why I'm confused here
 
just got approved on google ads manager ready to show ads but man is this website confusing... it took some time to setup the placeholders on there wordpress plugin but still it is not serving ads showing views with no revenue as well... i might just give up on the ezoic idea all together!!
 
choosing Ezoic is a no-brainer decision. Adsense is terrible in terms of how much you earn.

The oddest thing happend when ezoic started serving ads adsense earnings went down to almost zero and ezoic is now earning just as much as adsense used to make..

Anyone got any ideas??
