Hello everyone, we have been accepted by ezoic. Our traffic is about 15,000 users and 25,000 pageviews per month. We read some bad comments about ezoic making websites much slower and we are worried to proceed with them because of the new google algorithm about the core web vitals etc.
Website speed now is about 70 mobile and 90 desktop..
Our website is in joomla but we are thinking to show the ads only in the /blog/ and not in the homepage or the rest website..

thoughts? many thanks in advance!

They are going to launch a tool called Ezoic Leap that will take care of Core Web Vitals and speed. So don't panic; wait until they launch Ezoic leap. For more information: https://www.ezoic.com/leap/

this is interesting normally I don’t recommend them but if they can actually fix it then it’ll be really great, but I yet would advise caution as it could break your site

It seems like they are working hard on fixing the problem. The best part is Leap will be free. Although I haven't faced many issues with Ezoic in terms of Speed(maybe because of my hosting and site design), but it's a great thing that they take the initiative to fix the problem. Now, hope for the best.

I had issues with Ezoic slowing down my site dramatically through using their DNS integration. However, they do have integration using script tags (like Adsense) - they just don't actively publish this method to users. I found the script integration improved my site speed but it didn't record clicks/impressions correctly. In the end up, I moved back to Adsense.
