why not try and test? and take advantage of ezoic feature Mediation where you can still link Adsense to ezoic.
Even if you allocated 100% traffic to Ezoic, Adsense could still win since its a competition between your ad network set up in mediation and Ezoic’s own ad partners..so whoever wins the bid! Some publishers make more from AdSense and nothing much of a change for others depending on the site/niche.

You connect adsense from the Ezoic dashboard and other available ad networks as well.
But the payments are going into each of your individual ad network accounts, depending of the winning bids.
