So I switched from Adsense to Ezoic few weeks ago. Everything is looking good so far - earnings doubled but I got minor site speed issue.
However, I noticed a big discrepancy on their Big Data Analytics. My website is getting ~1k+ users per day in Google Analytics but only ~300 to 400 visits on their Big Data Analytics platform.
I contacted their support to check if I had issues with WP integration but they said there is none. Their technical support can't figure out the problem until I told them I'm using EasyWP with autocaching enabled and this pretty much became the reason of discrepancy according to them. They told me to either switch to their name server integration, move hosts, or tell EasyWP to disable caching (they won't).

Is the caching really the problem? I get consistent discrepancy at ~60 to 65% of my daily users from Google Analytics. It feels like my website is capped to receive only ~40% from their system. And that affects the revenue.

Any alternative to Ezoic for Asian traffic at ~30k users / month?

I also work with Ezoic and noticed similar disc. Unfortunately, they aren't transparent when it comes to traffic analytics. They go by a metric called EPMV but don't specify specifics on EPS (earnings per session) which is super important. Either way, if they are earning more than your predecessors I recommend sticking with them. I did, and never went back to other HB providers but if you do, perhaps look into companies like RTK or Proper. IMO they are pretty solid too but Ezoic is hands off in comparison.
