Their new leap cdn system is 100x better than their old one, and as of last week, everyone has access to it.
Ezoic doesnt integrate with Hostinger

Ezoic are a huge red flag, the worst that I've tried in terms of user experience. Also, there's absolutely zero necessity to integrate an advertising platform into hosting.
Mediavine is by far the best choice if you have enough traffic. If not, try Monumetric. Huge waiting time, but way better than Ezoic.

Yeah, Hostinger's plans (not VPS) are unable to whitelist IPs due to their security provider. You also cannot use the X-Forwarded-For Header that Ezoic suggests.
Going over the email again, Ezoic just said they made a few changes, tried emulating and no longer saw an origin error. I don't even recall an origin error.
If it all goes tits up again, Hostinger said they will refund me my recent upgrade so I can probably use that for new cloud hosting. I need to think about it a bit more.
I hear you about Adsense, I won't even bother with that.
Edit - Cloud hosting is not an option either.

Update
I was able to integrate with Ezoics nameservers despite being told it was impossible by hostinger.
I still haven't got ads up as the site is in the review process.
@terrycody I am using cloud hosting (not VPS) but maybe shared hosting will also work. The only advice I can give you is to check that your DNS records are correct when you integrate. Also if you use wordfence you will need to whitelist ezoics IP list in the wordfence plugin.

Well, everything is sorted today. Ads running, Site working.
Don't believe every post you read.
Site crashes if you use WPRocket....didn't happen.
Site speed turns to crap... I'm getting 99 PSI on mobile 100 on desktop running a max of 3 ads.
My speed actually increased a couple of points on mobile when using their leap thing. If things continue and I get paid I have nothing but respect for Ezoic. Don't believe everything you read eh.

If you are using WordPress go to ezoic, it's a better option.

What hosting did you move to and what was the outcome?
I mean with Ezoic and Speed?
