Ezoic affiliate program axed - alternatives?

A bit late to the party on this news as I've been away for a while, but I've just learnt that Ezoic are ending their affiliate program. You used to be able to earn 3% of your referred user's earnings, which added up pretty quickly and I was quite successful with.

In an email sent out 10 days ago, they stated that "After careful consideration, we have decided to discontinue the Program, effective August 14, 2023." On the plus side, they also mention they will pay out any remaining commissions and payouts, so at least they're not totally pulling an exit scam.
Has anyone found any good alternatives for ad providers? As far as I'm aware the 'high tier' ones like AdThrive / Mediavine don't have affiliate or referral programs.
