they say i cannot put prescription meds in the title, but i can in the body... ok so does it has any value then at all to post these articles on Ezine, or should i better go to another site like goarticles and post them there with the keyword IN the title and body?

I really don't think not putting the keyword in the title makes a scrap of difference UNLESS you are trying to SEO the article itself, which you're probably not.

So you think putting the main keyword in the title of an ezine article makes no difference? Somehow i feel the title is an essential part of the article perception and ranking by Sengines..

Again, you sound as if you want the article itself to rank in the serps. Than YES, keyword in title is vital and you should move away from EZA.
