I have around 5 approved articles on EZine...

I would want to know whats the best way to promote these articles

Can we submit them to RSS feeds, social bookmarking...

Whats the best way to build backlinks on these articles...

Do everything, social bookmark them, create web2.0 sites and link to your articles. you can even xrummer blast the articles to really get your backlinks going.

look up the linkwheel method and apply that was well to your articles for maximum benefit.
