Ezine And Articlesbase Url's truncated With Xrumer Blasts

Can someone please tell me how to get around the 100 character limit many of the forum platforms have? I am looking to blast some ezine articles and articlesbase articles with xrumer. But unfortunately the url's are too long and causes them to be truncated. Ezine has A 301 redirect but I am not sure if the link juice will pass through it or not. Articlesbase has extremely long url's that also dont fit.

If there is an xrumer user that can tell me how to get around this I would really appreciate it.
