Yes definitely, it the best in Market right now.
Running 24X7 in my PC lol for all mine and my Clients' projects it shows you 100% authentic results
And with so many Beta versions yeas the tool surely rock ..Go for it Recommended

I just bought the full lifetime license a few days ago and its great! Very accurate results, frequently updated and it doesn't cost you a penny to track additional keywords. It can also track YouTube video ranking which is a great feature as well

I received a review copy and it works great but I agree with thedorf , this thread does look a little fishy.
