EZ Empire Builder- Need help installing

I bought EZ Empire Builder. I am having trouble installing it. I would like to hire someone to help me install it and create my first website. If you have experience using it let me know and what your hourly rate is in U.S. dollars. I will pay hourly via Paypal and we will use teamvier and Skype.
