Extremly noob question about using twitter accounts...

Don't laugh, I'm not new to IM, but I'm totally new to managing multiple Twitter (and such) accounts (or it could be my brain fog moment).

Let's say I have 50 Twitter accounts and I want to send a bunch of links to each one of them. How do you do it? Is there a script that will log in using different IP's or proxies and send the links more or less automatically?
