EXTREMELY talented programmer needed

I need a VERY talented programmer who knows what they are doing, because I have a program in mind that will be very difficult to build. I want it to have specific features, very detailed features that will help make the program one of the very best out there.

This will be a spam tool. I would say that if you don't have the skills to build scrapebox, then you shouldn't even bother with this project because it will be to advanced for you. I need someone who would know how to build a program like scrapebox(even though this program is nothing like scrapebox).

I am looking for long term partnership. This program will be a tool for users to buy, it will have upgrades, new features added from time to time and a very nice design and user interface.

I have a name in place and everything.

I will pay you to build the program, although, I will not pay you a lot. I will pay you in the low $xxx range BUT with every sale this tool makes, you will get %50 percent of the earnings. I expect this tool to make a lot of sales because it will be a very powerful one in its own right.
