Cannot do that. It violates LinkedIn's policy, and you definitely cannot do this.

I don’t scrape. I use Sales Navigator with compliant email enrichment tools and only contact opt-in leads.

Third-party services do not extract emails directly from LinkedIn — this is not possible unless you are connected to the person. These services look for email addresses in publicly available sources such as Google, other social networks, Twitter, Facebook, etc.
Therefore, by using email extraction services, you are not violating LinkedIn’s policies. I use HereLeads because it’s cheaper than most alternatives and finds a large number of emails that can be exported to a file instantly.
