Extract unstructured data from email

Hi there. I'm hoping to extract address' and a few other pieces of information from emails I receive. The information will be unstructured and I'm wondering if parsing these is likely to work. If not parsing then is there any other route I should explore?

Yes parsers will do what you want here, good ones are expensive tho.
