Extract Google+ profiles from App Reviews?

Is there a way to extract these users from an app review?

Like I want to connect with all the users of a certain app that no longer works to help promote my version of it.

Is that possible without going though each review and sending a request?

I made a quick and dirty php script for that some time ago. But unfortunately I cannot post it here, since the forum blocks the code and URLs. But it takes less than an hour to code a scraper script.
