Any Possible Method to extract email ids from a facebook group?

It is done using manual extraction method and script if available.
FB groups members email is not a difficult task to fill.

Yes, if people put their email in their FB profile.
Otherwise, no.
Another option is to take your list and search for people on LinkedIn...
 
There are many tools to scrape the emails from groups, but they will only be scraped if they would be available publically on member's profiles. If they won't be available publically, you will not be able to extract them.
 
The tool can only scan when the email is published on their Facebook account
