I have a gmail account with 20k emails recieved, almost 1 year ago i used a website to extract them to a csv file but now it`s expensive to use it again.

Do someone know how can i extract them to a txt/csv file?

Next time when someone tries to help you, FREE, dont leave him without saying thanks or bye. That is quiet rude. I could call you on names, but i am just not like that. But i could now...

Everyone do make a business and money for a living. If you expect to get some one to sort your stuff for free, then you should google for spoon feed synonyms.

Probably only way here is to get the emails using the Google API. You should probably make a script to do that. I dont think anyone will make one for you for FREE. If you have a budget for this, you can get in touch with me. I can make it for you.

Me, or whomever you are going with, $5 wont be sufficient. Not $10 too. Just giving you an idea about how anyone will charge for such a script.

I have a custom software built for just the same purpose.

I'd try to use MSOutlook and VBA
step1: download your emails to MSOutlook. In doing so, you have a clean and usable format
step2: extract the emails into a database using MSAccess (simply using an external link to outlook)
(warning: use preferably MSaccess version up to 2010)

The $20 program was again crappy..

So if anyone will need to do this in the future, I manage to extract 80k in 8 hours(while sleeping) with a program called Gmail backup, search on google and the first one that comes up.

It will download all emails and save them in a notepad in this format.

Stored 3.6%: email adress - subject
Stored 3.6%: email addres - subject

Then search on google email extractor online and first or second script called surf7 somehow, paste the notepad content in that script, after that they will filter and give you a clean email address without subject and without Stored 3.8%Stored 3.6% Stored 4.11%.
