Extract 30k users from 4 Facebook Groups

Hello.

I would like to know prices to extract about 30k users from 4 groups, so I can upload as an audience on Facebook Ads.

I don't know what do you need more. I want to advertise to 4 facebook groups so I need someone who can extract those users to upload them to facebook ads.

This thing ended in 2014/15. If you need to use them as custom audience then -

1. Extract user profiles.
2. Send them friend requests.
3. Ask them to like your page when they have accepted the request.
4. You can then use the (UID) people who liked you page as custom audience.

Is that the ONLY way? That seems not really eficiente since most people will not accept.
