Extra verification needed for this business model: EPN Question

I got that message yesterday. I bought an account that was verified under merchant/seller.


I just need to know a few things.


1. Anyone else get this?


2. When i go to account there is no business model approval sub-tab. What do i do?


3. What other things do i need to verify my account fully?


4. Will i still get paid for this month if i don't verify it all the way... (I am hopeful)

You did not log in from an email did you? If so you might have had your password stolen. I have EPNs and never had that happen...but Ebay did just change the rules, so who knows

Never logged in from email. I got this from my dashboard. I didn't get phished.

I got the same message 2 days ago, I haven't done anything about it yet, but I'm pretty sure its all to do with the latest changes to the affiliate terms and conditions, even though my account is from when EPN first started I think there probably gonna hit everyone with this same set of questions.

It sucks that it's at the end of the month. I invested 550$ into this account so hopefully i won't lose it all. This would have been my first payment ending the month around 450$ so if i get paid for this month i will only lose 100$ from what i invested. Not as devastating.

Just a quick update on this I just read the epn july news letter, heres what they say,

Referring URL Visibilty

We believe that transparency of referring URLs is vital to assessing traffic's quality. For example, if an advertiser books outdoor billboards, they see where those ads appear and we believe the same should be true of Affiliate Marketing! It is therefore important to make sure your websites or tools are sending accurate referring URLs to eBay when traffic is passed through affiliate links. If we notice a high percentage of your traffic is not showing referring URLs, we will need you to resolve this as only a small percentage should be blocked by browsers. Soon we'll be posting a series of tips on the blog that can help ensure your referring urls are being passed to our system.

so they are basically checking out traffic sources, if your blanking the referals then it looks bad, I've been using twitter so I think I'll stop as it might breach terms and conditions..

I guess this means for now they are not questioning my traffic, which I do not think they will...I do keep my Epn accounts strictly WH and most my traffic is organic google and yahoo search.
