Try with mobile data. Have you jsend emails or phone number for creation?
I am getting accounts suspended on new iphones 12 (3 seperate phones), each with its own mobile data plan, using fresh icloud mails each time. I get suspended immediately after creating the account. What could be the problem?

i think you're right, people talk about running multiple IG accounts on BHW so idk. i guess they are just active on multiple accounts haha
You need to refresh your phone (restart it to blank) and then set it up again. This way the old information won't be duplicated and you'll be able to create an account successfully.
