with no investment I'd recommend doing some gigs in fiverr like reencoding some videos some thing that consume no internet bandwidth ir a little, for instance using bots in mmorpg and selling items/gold/accounts long time ago there was a guy here who claimed to make like 1k per month doing this but nowadays you can expect something like 200 per month still some money to get investment to buy proper tools start cashing serious money
It's like e-gold, but free like torrents. You can cash-in or cash-out only through other members, there's no direct pay by paypal button and there's a limit of somewhat bitcoins that can be mined globally.
Mining is profitable only if you have decent ATI video card, since you can use it instead of your cpu to do the pickaxe thingy.

I have a powerful computer just for running Scrapebox and SEnuke X with an SSD.
But i also have this laptop that i'm on now just access my VPS and other copies of SB/SEnuke X and i just use it for customer service and browsing etc
