Best way is to use bio or story links and rotate them smartly. Avoid direct redirects — IG flags them fast.

Use a cloaker or redirect through a trusted domain to bypass Instagram’s external link restrictions. Make sure it looks natural to avoid getting flagged.

IG usually lets one clickable link in your bio so that's your main external link placement down. You could also add links in Stories if your account has the option (and I do believe it's an option). Anyway, you'd want to use a link-in-bio tool like Linktree (careful which you choose since some may be flagged) for all your links in one place.

Just be smart with usage, make sure your account has built up some reputation before you start linking, and avoid spamming.

Ask followers to DM for the link and reply with it personally.
