External Like-Share Facebook page

Hello,

It's something mystery.. I saw now a lot of people using some external like-share facebook pages (like this one: ban ), but I just can't find this script anywhere, could someone share it with us?

I was wondering if those "External Like-Share pages" have the right to publish on the user newsfeed like the other normal fan pages. Anybody here as an idea?

Once a user clicks share, and publish.. a pre-set text is published on the users wall - and will appear in their friends news feed just as a status update.
