or an ads company that will give you ad code that you can enter anywhere you want without entering spesific url and waiting for confirmation.
Just run popular cpa offers from your own banners in those spots. That's what any shoddy display company that will accept that sorta traffic is gonna do anyway.
my extention is injecting ads to sites... so my ads will be shown on a lot of urls... someone know company that will allow this? (lots of imps and clicks)
