Exporting Fans

hey guys, pretty new here, but it looks like a great place here to get some feedback.
my first question: i have a FB page and want to export all the fans from it. maybe the ....(at)facebook mail adresses to use this list for a custom audience campaing to promote to another FB page.
is there any way to do that?

and whats about building custom audience campaigns with the facebook mail adresses? i read that in the future it works fine, but facebook nowadays will block your account if your doing this...

I don't know how to scrape each person who liked the page, but there is a method how to scrape people who liked publications on your page. That's possible
