So I have 56 job sites that I manage and recently the sales team has begun to ask me for analytic reports. We are already setup in GA and have a year worth of data, but the boss says he doesn't want them to have all of the details in the standard reports. Basically I just need to get number of visitors, percentage of uniques, average time on site, and maybe bounce rate or number of pageviews.
I searched and only found one such program that might do this, but either GA or Ad0be has ceased the existence of this software. So does anyone know of anything that would automate this a bit as looking at 56 analytics pages every few days will be VERY time consuming and BORING.
Any help would be much appreciated.
Thanks,
-A

Try using a macro program like jitbit to automate the export of those reports in to csv. Just a thought, might or might not work.

thanks for the tip! this might work, but even if it doesn't, it would be great for other things too.
I am still surprised that there isn't a better way to export google analytics at least to a google doc.

That's actually sounds like a great idea for someone to develop an analytics scraper.. could be some big $$ selling something like that...

If I wasn't so busy I'd take a crack at it :)

someone did desktop dash reporting dot com, but I can't find anywhere to get the software from there.

Maybe you could outsource it to some guys on getafreelancer? Or maybe you could get a relative do it. There are plenty of people looking for jobs to do right now...

haha. so what you're saying is that it needs to be done manually at this point in time.

GA allows you to automate export of reports to CSV, XML, Email and PDF? You can auto email reports with CSV attached, yes?

PM me if you need help, but RTFM first.
