Export Inactive followers to list?

Anyone know script or use a tool that can export list of inactive followers on your account. Lets say @xxx hasn't tweeted in 60days type situation.

I know tweeps has the function but it caps of at 500 force unfollows per day.

Just run a scrape of your followers with a filter. Fairly basic functionality, I would image all major bots have this function

any recommend bot for this job? Been looking for one but can't fin it though. I'm sick of those Bot followers.
I tried to pay someone to code it for me but received 0 responses from him since then (another forum not BHW).
