Export followers/following

Possibly a very basic and silly question but does anyone know of a method to export followers and following users. I want to put them into a spreadsheet and run a function to determine users that aren't following back. All the programs on the market seem to have very poor feedback. Any help greatly appreciated!

Any good Insta Bot with follow and unfollow function, can do the export function

Phantombuster is free to use, and doesn't have a limit cap on number of following/followers exported.
