Yes, It is. I just registered an account using my card. It was 40 singapore dollars. I will have to check with my bank to see how much it really was, in my local currency.

And in addition, they need phone verification and if you pay them by card, they will call us within 24 hours to confirm, before our acc gets active. And if you pay them by paypal, you will have to mail to them from your paypal account email.

Am still waiting for my call to get my sites up.

I didn't want to rip them off to the MAX but I did signup for a year and paid the $56 and went to step 5 and got the free year and domain protection.

They are big mate. A big hosting company. Have got 4 accounts there. Had problems 3-4 times up to now and resolved in a favor of me. So I may say they are better than most of the players on that arena IMHO.
