Exploiting JustHost to the MAX!!!

I signed for the Premium plan, but when I e-mailed the billing department for the 2 more domains, they replied: " you do not have the premium plan you have unlimited, which is one free domain, would you like to upgrade to premium?"

How can I prove they are not right?

Second darshan1994 method worked like a charm. For $9.98 Canadian I bought a logo template and got it plus the year unlimited hosting plus free domain name. All of it for under $10.00 :D

So I have a question. I did what you asked, but when I registered with 50off, it converted my hosting plan to the normal one. How do you do it?

I wrote to the admins, and they say that I am currently with the normal when I signed up at the premium one.

I signed up 3 weeks ago for Just Host hosting. Today I made the cancellation as advised, but when I log in my billing control panel it says my next Renewal Date: Feb/2012, but it should be Feb/2013, right?

Is that means that I don't have 1 additional year of hosting?

Where do you check you Renewal date?

Is this your day off time to make us laugh? I have also heard that you will be kissed by a giant bear. (9999 out of 10000 or 99.999%)

Give us the exact data please so we can evaluate other than that it is gossip.

Well, except the 50% discount coupon, nothing else worked for me.

- didn't get the 3 free domains, because when you apply the coupon, your plan automatically becomes Unlimited, not Premium and the 2 more free domains are only with Premium plan
- didn't get another year of hosting on the cancellation - in my billing control panel says renewal date: 2012 not 2013
- all the other bonuses also don't seem to work... when tried to automatically submit to all search engines, it turned out I should do it manually... don't see and priority support, though I should have get such...

Overall their service is very good, support is amazing never wait more than 20 minutes to answer a ticket.

I am not here to defend justhost, but do you really believe it? Look for other providers. They say "Excellent" for godaddy hosting. Can that be possible? Don't you know how those reviews are biased?

Looks good except for the addon domains part. You can host only 1 domain by default. For addon domains you have to pay 30$ as far as I understand.
