[Explanations]Common Suspension Messages (Adwords Only)

• Advertising Policy
• Your Google AdWords account has been suspended for violation of Google's Advertising Policies in this or a related account.
  This message often appears for the following reasons:
  1. Previously banned accounts - Google agenda is to ban the advertiser, therefore, they use all kind of techniques to identify him. Such techniques are: IP, Mac address, Cookies, IP Ranges, Browser and more.
  2. Suspicious behavior & Niche - when you create accounts using open proxies, or trying to advertise suspicious keywords, your account will be "under review" for several days following a suspension. For ex, if you try to advertise tobacco products or casino related websites, you must not use blacklisted keywords such as: tobacco, cigarrettes, casino, etc in your ads copy. Instead, try to be creative. You can still use these keywords, however, not as part of your ad.
  3. Unallowed Redirecting Websites- all ppc networks allow redirections as long as the final landing page matches the display url. Google adwords, for ex, allow redirections for tracking purposes. They say: "Redirects used for tracking purposes are allowed as long as the final landing page has the same domain as the display URL." while such behavior is allowed, they dont allow using an existent website as a redirector engine. You must use an empty domain been dedicated to this only.
  4. Repeated Disapproved Ads - when your ads are being disapproved repeatedly (no matter what the reasons are), there is a huge chance your account will be suspended. Hence, make sure to stick to the ads editing guidelines.
  5. Budget Increase - sometimes when you increase the campaign budget (not keywords) too fast or by higher percents (for example, from $100 daily to $400 after one/two days without reaching daily spent), you will get suspended the day after. It seems to happen a lot lately and is probably one of Adwords' new algorithm to detect fraudulent activity. So, you are highly suggested to use the bid simulator tool to increase the campaign budget which is safer. Assuming you have been suspended following a budget increase, contact their support. They will probably revoke the suspension.
  6. Suspended Domains & Websites - If you're trying to use a previously suspended domain / website, your account might be suspended. Therefore, make sure using fresh domains, or unbanned especially when you use fake websites on your cloaking campaigns.
  7. Trademark, Copyright, and Counterfeit - trying to advertise ads that use phishing techniques, counterfeit etc will likely cause an immediate suspension.
• Site Policy
• Your Google AdWords account has been permanently suspended for repeated violation of AdWords or Landing Page and Site policies in this or a related account.
  This message appears when you try to advertise an against-adwords-TOS websites. Such websites could be: affiliate websites / urls, arbitrage websites, bad user experience websites, Restricted Products and Services: tobacco, gambling, porn etc. You can revoke this suspension by making significant changes to your website and then reporting Google of the changes been made here: https://support.google.com/adwords/contact/site_policy
• Billing Verification
• Your Google AdWords account has been suspended because your billing information in this or a related account could not be verified. Learn more
  This type of suspension is caused by using malformed billing instrument or fake billing info. Malformed billing instruments can be blacklisted VCC (Virtual Credit Card) suppliers, previously banned CC by Adwords and more. Same goes for the billing address - using fake details, will likely to arise a red flag. Hence, you should always use legit CC / VCC and real billing info; such info may not be of yours, but it must be real.
  *Note: if you did use a legit billing instrument & info, and still got suspended, contact their support, they will probably revoke the suspension.
• Security Reasons
• Your Google AdWords account has been temporarily suspended due to suspected unauthorized access attempts.
  This message appears when you (or others) try to log in to your adwords account from a remote location that does not match the location from which you created the account. Common scenarions are: using open/anonymous proxies that change when logging in to the account, using the TOR browser or any like, sending your account privileges (username / password) to others who try to log in remotely etc.
  If this happens, Google will send you an email alerting of the scenario, and would ask you to fill a quick questionnaire to verify it was you, so they can revoke the suspension. To prevent such scenarios in the first place:
  1. Don't use open / anonymous proxies when logging in. Most are blacklisted, instead use private ones.
  2. Don't Use TOR - you can do it on account creation stage, and then track the IP geo location. Howeber, afterwards, you need to use private proxies to continue logging in.
  3. If you need to share your adwords account with others who located remotely, don't hand them the account privileges over, use the Adwords Account Access feature to invite them to share the account.

You're right, this is brand new. Saw this several times this week, probably a severe version of: "Violations of our advertising policies". Probably thrown when violating more than one policy.
