What do you think about the relationship with the likes such as .50 USD for a shoutout per 2,000 likes ? (hot girls niche)

It varies from network to network and from customer to customer. You will set different prices for a customer found on IG then for someone who is from around here and knows a lot about the price averages.

Like you said it depends on niches, but everyone sets different prices. For me 0.50 for a shoutout is tremendously low, but everyone is satisfied with something else.

I would consider it super, super cheap.

Don't forget: Everything worth as much as people are willing to pay for it.
 
That's awesome OP. I've seen a shout out from 50k account do practically nothing to the account being shouted out, so YMMV (your mileage may vary) with shout-outs. I for one am hesitant to buy them for my accounts (fitness niche).

Yes that can happen as well.

Some people will purchase a quality shoutout and recieve above 100+ followers & likes,
and some people may purchase a cheap shoutout on a profile with fake followers, etc.

You always have to check before you buy it :)
