I saw another thread on how some one claims that Google is banning "BIN"s of credit cards.
What is BINs?
So, basically BINs are the first six digits of a credit card, which tells ppl what is the Bank of the Card and Card Type.
When Google bans BINs, the entire card type and bank users cannot use the card on Google anymore.
Most VCC has generic BINs, and they have been banned by Google ages ago.
So, basically by doing a BIN lookup online, even a noob can know the card type and issuer bank of a specific BIN
The best way to continue to use Google effectively is by using BINs from reputable debit and credit cards. Someone told me, once a payment processor( eg Google or Facebook) had banned your card, just head to your bank and replace your card. Reputable banks bank cards is unlikely to have been abused to death like VCCs from major sellers.
So, basically, have 10 bank accounts with 10 debit cards.
Once the account is banned, switch the card with another bank. Once all your cards had been banned, head to the bank for a replacement( just give a valid reason)
Ps- the name on your debit card is irrelevant unless a detailed lookup is done by the payment processor. Address verification usually only works for US and EU cards only..
What is BINs?
Bank Identification Number (“BIN”) or Issuer identification number (“IIN”) is the first six digits of a bank card number or payment cards number and it is part of ISO/IEC 7812. It is commonly used in credit cards and debit cards, stored-value cards, gift cards and other similar cards.
BIN is beneficial to identify a card brand, issuing institution or bank, country of issuance, card type and category of cards. This information is very useful in commercial business for fraud prevention, especially in online store.
