I am stuck on writing it to a character like: "Meet Lisa, she seems to have no time in the day. With all she has going on, where does she find the time to enjoy life?"

or directly to the viewer like: You're a busy person with no time in the day. With all you have going on, where do you find the time to enjoy life?"

It seems like more companies use the second choice, speaking directly to the viewer. What are your opinions on this?? Thanks.

Speak directly. Read "On Writing Well" by William Zinsser to know why you should take a much more personal approach while communicating.
Definitely use the second approach.

I know I would think, I don't care about lisa and move on.

When you reach direct personally to your client you get positive effect from client. so go for directly

"Meet Liza" terminology looks quite odd. 2nd option is better
