Their work culture has been criticized in media many times.A friend of mine, have a cousin who used to work for netflix(not anymore). Said the work environment was not normal at all, kinda like 'fake smile' and toxic and that their work ethics completely defies humane morale as long as the data and statistics of audiences points top arrow on the chart. In a sense, they are just making profit, demand & supply, as IM'ers but different morals.
