Expiring domain and what to look for?

What attributes do you look for when you are searching for a domain name on expired domain? I am newbie and I am seraching only for com domains with alexa rank at least 10kk, cpc 0,2 usd, only eng domains, BL 250+, SG 1k+ and the domain must have some normal name for example yesterday was available freewebsex.com. Am I looking the right direction or what would you recommend me to change? THX

I do look for the background of a domain. Easiest way is to use wayback machine but sometimes you have to dig deeper. Find out if this domain has been involved in spamming in any kind of way. Check backlink profile by using ahrefs, majestic or similar tools. Go through the links one by one, check for anchor keywords as well... there are many things to consider and check for

What are your purposes? If you need domains for SEO, how CPC could be relevant in this case? If you build sites for MFA or affiliations then yes CPC would be nice.
