What are some good Web 2.0 that allows you to re-register expired blogs
Often when I look for a web 2.0 I will find one that has expired but I can't reregister it.
I know tumbler you can do it and I have done those but what else is out there so I don't need to rediscover the wheel.

Tumblr, Weebly and Overblog are the 3 that are worth scraping. There are some others, but trying to find anything decent there takes ages and it's not worth (at least my) time.

^ this. Those 3 are (imo) the main ones worthed in terms of resources spent (time, server, bots, proxies) and in terms of link juice.

You can get blogger (rare and a pain in the ass), livejournal (+15 fee for renaming with an expired username + it's nofollow, although I haven't checked lately) and so on.
