- Weak compared to PBNs. It's not even close.
- You do not control the properties and they might get deleted anytime.
- Cheaper.
- Don't require any upkeep.
Domains:
- Significantly stronger.
- You control them fully.
- Significantly more expensive.
- Some upkeep is in order.
To sum it up simply, you get what you pay for. That's the entire SEO in a nutshell.

PBN domains already have Domain authority, Trust flow, Domain Age so you can get the full power to your site.
Web2.0 also fine but you do not get full powers to your site because they are getting nofollow links in most cases.
So compare to Web2.0 PBN is good for getting backlinks.
