Does anyone know of any software that can create tumblr/weebly accounts in bulk using a list of scraped expired usernames?

Every software that I have found only takes usernames in spun format, thus wasting time on usernames it has already created accounts for.

Difficult, all tools that I know randomize that.

Best 'software' is a good VA.
Anyway, let us know if you find any soft stable and able to do that.
