I use them to mix things a little bit.
However I haven't done a case study on that, to see if they have a direct effect.
And haven't seen a case study online about it.
Maybe you can make one here?

I have used some of those in the past, but unfortunately, no drastic changes in terms of authority and no big jump in the SERP for specific ranking for that website.
Usually, if something's that is of value, when you add that link profile to your site, you will notice an immediate jump upwards for your SERP, but adding some of these expired profiles did nothing unfortunately, even though some of the profiles have very good metrics, few thousand followers, etc.

i used some twitters with PA like 65 - 70 and they were good... they help me to rank one of my page...

I don't think it will help much. In any case you have to find your niche to make a good ads for it and find the needed people. If it was just a common twitter user the people he gained could start unfollowing you if you'll post something totally different.. But maybe I'm mistaken.

You are making so many presuppositions based on nothing.
Expired twitters, once registered back you don't get their followers back. You get 0 or as many followers you had on the account you used to change the username.
If it helps or not can tell only those that made or will make a real case study on this.

If the account had a large follower base, it is also good to use for your work.

I was going to do a study on expired twitters and expired high pa tumblr. So this is how it went down. I have a website its fresh 6 months old doesnt rank for much has like a pa of 25. I have been trying to rank for "real Estate SEO Expert" among other things. This keyword is long tail only a 150 impressions a month if you on page one. Grsanted to rank for any seo keyphrases well you going up against seo guys. I did a lot lot of manual link building to this site and a couple passes with senuke directly to the site. For the mentioned keyphrase I wwas on page 3 after 6 months of trying. I had other keyword phrases I was equally frustrated with and my site got barely 6 visitors a month lol. I had spent hundreds of hours on this site and I was thinking well I should sell it for a couple hundred bucks.
Anyway I scraped about 6 premo expired tumblrs like pa 36-52. I was going to follow an article I read and scrape 20. I used exact keyword anchors in tumblr descriptions of each site.
I then double checked my competion it had been 6 months since i picked this keyword phrase. I was up againist godaddy for one and lots of other big hitters. I thought wtf did i even pick this high competition low impression long tail keyword for anyway. I decided to change my study to another keyword phrase and left the 6 or so expired tumblrs pointing to real estate seo expert.Three days later i was on page one for this term. Is it luck or are expired tumblr this powerful. Im not sure but going to start a new study on this thread. I have to now be a believer that tumblr's are powerful. Ill post my new study by tomorrow

Another note if you post the link in the description by editing the theme its definitely a do-follow link. google recognized 5 of the 6 links in google webmasters 2 days after i posted them. Lastly I did blast 2 or 3 of the expired tumblrs with a senuke full monty campaign. I wanted to try and maintain there pa as long as possible and also get them reindexed by google as fast as possible.

I was expecting you to write about the expired twitters.
Anyway, good to know that you reached page one for you terms.
It can be the tumblrs, a mix of things or it can be other links that you built in the past just starting to kick in.
However since you say the tumblrs already appear in your webmasters tools, there is a high chance that they made a difference.
Looking forward for your future case study.

I forgot to write about the expired twitters. They are easy to find. Apparently there's lots of pa 50+ expired twitters. I got one that was a pa 51 in my niche and at the same time that I used the expired tumblr's I posted several links from my twitter account to the page I'm talking about. At this time I'm climbing in the ranking for all of my search terms. I have no way of knowing whether it was the twitters, tumblr's or a combination of both. I assume its a combination of things including both the twitters and tumblr's

Ok I said ill do a study So I will I have a website seoprodaddy.com/seo-vps My website is new since feb this year. I have a moz pa like 25 on the site. I found a great well not great but good vps for senuke and scrapebox that I want to promote my affiliate link for. I have several keyword phrases I want to rank for. These include seo vps, cheap seo vps, and vps hosting.
Im just starting the post I rank for none of this stuff. Its all easy keywords below 30 difficulty but specific to my target audience.
Im going to add about 10 tumblr links and do a post from my twitter pa 51 account. I have a pbn of about 8 tumblrs now and Im adding one now of a pa 51. For some actually most of these tumblr's I blast them with senuke full monty campaign. All of them are on a total of 4 accounts.
I have used the description feature on tumblr in the past for my backlinks. Placing a link in your description avoids the tumblr redirect and places a definite do follow link. For this study Ill use just the redirect links in the posts. Ok I have my first post up and a link in the post with the anchor text "seo VPS" Im goin to add links from my other tumblr"s now about 8 of them. Then I'll be back to update you. Now I have started the post about seo vps but have not finished it, it is as of now google indexed.

One thing I just found out I scraped a ton of tumblr's the highest pa 51 one i registered then had several other pa 50 ones to register. I came back here made the last post, and all the pa 47+ tumblr's I had scraped all registered so I am not the only one that believes in them. I got to scrape again and register fast. I want mostly pa 47+ tumblr's for this study.
