Expired Tumblr Working?

So What are the strategies you are using after finding Expired Tumblr?

Because I found one Tumblr which has around 40 PA and I made a blog and post some niche relevant content on it and made tier 2 link building but still the link isn't indexed yet.

Please help me with your experience.

I made a few too,mine are also not indexed :-( would a premium indexer work?
