Expired domains with high quality backlinks

Could some expert post few examples of recently expired domains with high quality backlink profile? (it does not matter if they are already taken)

Do they always have high TF? (15+)?

No, they do not necessarily have high TF. There are plenty of amazing domains with much lower TF than that or some even with nonexistent TF (although, these are obviously more rare). Majestic crawlers aren't omnipotent and don't always find all the links so, it depends.

Look up posts discussing metric you should be checking. There are plenty.
