Expired domains PBN

Hi, im building a new pbn fo my sites ! is my first time that i work in this :- )

I would like to build the pbn the most natural possible ! but i have a question

¿WHAT IS BETTER?

What is better? the old website with the old content or a new blog on the website with new content?

Or i work in a mix ?

Old website with old content.

If you want publish new content, make sure that is in the same topic and use keywords from anchor text.
It will give you the greatest benefits.
