Expired Domains Backlinks Question

Heya guys,

Seeking some advice as this is not my forte and some of you might be really good at hunting domains...

So I have been hunting for expiring domains to build for a project of mine. After hunting for a while I have found a few domains that seemed promising but the backlinks is not related to my niche at all..

The question is: Does it matter that the expired domain has backlinks from another niche? I did see that some mentioned that having the domain in another niche is no problem but how about the backlinks?

Question 2: How can some domains have high DA and PA while having hundreds of spammy backlinks from random countries? For example their anchors are those pills like cheap cialis etc.... yet their da is 30+.

Question 3: What do you look for in an expired domain personally?

It does not matter very much, just a little bit as niche backlinks would give you more relevancy.

The anchor is from one of the spammiest niches: pills. DA will rise with RD, so hundreds of RD could lead to DA 30+.

Figured, that is one of a bad backlink profile in that case. Though the da is nice... it is sure to get hit at some point.

What numbers would you usually look at? I am now looking at 20+ da and look at the backlinks.. but that is about it.

I'm in gaming hacks niches and I saw a domain that has no English history, not at all related to gaming niche and he is on #2 for one niche as he has strong backlinks from strong websites. Anchors are domain name and keywords related to the website before, yet again, not gaming related at all. So you should try. If you have some money, buy like 3 domians, one related, one not related and one somewhat related, try to build a websites on them and see what happens. That's what I'm currently doing. Bought a great domain, but doesn't have anything related to gaming. Hopefully, it will rank.

Just look for a strong domain for starters. Go from there. Good luck!

Do you have any da requirements or other ones you are looking at?

Ummm, I try to get domains that have related backlinks in the niche they were, real backlinks, the more the better (not spammy ones even you will always find a few spammy backlinks), I try to have many referring domains, different types of backlinks. The more real it looks (most of them were actually real websites before) the better. I always make sure that I check domain in the archive.org. If you find a good domain, check for more recent screenshots of the websites because it may already been used as PBN. Find quite a few, was really happy, I check history and see that it has been used as PBN and that's a huge no from me. That's about it. I go more into details, but that's the roundup. I don't have any bookmarked threads about finding a good PBN domain, but you'll find it here for sure.

I Actually don't look over DA too much DA only helps to filter quality domains between tons of domains list.

Focus On RD & TF

For me DA is only useful to filter out domain list.
\My personal filter (not set in stone though) is something like, DA: 15+ TF: 10+ RD: 20+
Archive must be clean.
For money site there should no spammy links/anchors
For PBN I can accept few spammy links here and there, but of course cleaner profile is always preferable.

More RD=More link=More Juice=More Power, So it's your choice the average rd should be 20+ for average pbn
