what is the value of this type of domain?

1. DA=39.78 PA=40.66 MR=4.18 MT=5.22, CF=34 TF=12

2.DA=41.6 PA=40.27 MR=4.06 MT=5.24 CF=10 TF=28

I'm able to find this type of expired domain but i have no idea about expired domain value.
There is any marketplace of expired domain?

Looks pretty good in terms of DA/PA/CF/TF, but don't forget to check backlink profile... that's the most important property on expired domains.

They need to have niche relevant links from reputable sites, so that the domain passes more link-juice and at the same time looks legit.

The most common marketplace (free) is expireddomains.net

For me backlink profile is more important than all of those metrics.

Metrics should only be used to filter domains to a manageable list. Once done, you need to manually check the top links to see if they are valuable

P.S - bonus tip - I've often found that domains that have a big difference between the CF and TF values tend to have scammy back links

It really depends. You could show me identical sites with those metrics and I would have different answers depending on specific things like some of the sites linking to the domain and the relevancy
