Expired Domain - What content to load?

I recently bought an expired domain that has content in the wayback machine.

What is the best to do to load this domain with content, should I

1. Take the content directly as I can find it in the wayback machine and recreate the site exactly

2. Take the content from the wayback machine, but remove any references to dates of events, booking forms, email contact forms etc.

3. Build completely new content loosely based on the theme of the previous site.

first things first - what are you trying to do with the expired domain? are you gonna use it on a network, maybe 301? or are you trying to make a blog about it?

network/301 - you could just install link juice keeper/google xml sitemaps then add some unique spunned content.
rebuilding - copy content from archive - check it via copyscape - install custom premalink plugin + link juice keeper if you dont want to remake all of the pages, then your good to go.
