expired domain was it just a pbn?

hi guys i just bought another domain and from what i can see from wayback machine was that it was more of a redirect to another website. and not any content on it. i thought i was getting the whole package.
am i too late on using this for any power or authority. to be honest not sure if thheres any juice in it thanks

sorry i was doing research on a website i had brought, last year it was on sale for $3000
and i was asking if the website i brought was a PBN (I wasant sure what a PBN was )because when i went through way back machine it had a only had a few screen scapes, with little action but the screen shots going back earlier were from another website. which i thought was a PBN

it was if it was used for something else but having looked sat it again it was probably used as a 301 if i am not mistaken

301 itself shows nothing bad. PBN would be much worse. What matters is backlinks. What backlinks does the domain have?
