Expired Domain w/ 25+ power links

I think I hit a gold mine. Found a freshly expired .eu domain from a famous person. Scanned Ahrefs and it has more than 25 links from highly respected sites with a UR over 55 and some of those over UR 70 plus a Wikipedia contextual.

Checked Archive and it's clean, and no crap links or anchors found through Ahrefs, Moz, or any other online tool.

I bought it because of the massive juice, but it's not really related to any of my niches. I can shoehorn one of the topics, but it's a stretch.

What would be the best way to leverage this find? I would love to use it to juice up one of my current sites, but not sure if it would pass juice since it's not a related topic.

Related topic has nothing to do with passing link juice. It helps if the anchors are the same, but it's not that great.
 
So let's say I have a site about weight training, and this website is the name of the guy (an academic) and the site covers European history.

Would I 301 his site to my weight training home page and gain most of the juice follow through - even if the topics are unrelated?

I'd love to pass the juice to my money site, of course but if it's risky I don't want to kill the money site. Money site has been up for 10 years. Has links but nothing of this caliber.

Maybe a sticking point- his is a .eu while mine is .com? Also- he's got an English version and another language version.
 
What are the anchors pointing to that domain?
If the majority are English you can 301 it.
If the majority are not English then rebuild the site and write English articles.
 
Don't worry too much about niche relevance, google payday loan and see their pbn. It's a hot mess and non niche related but it ranks.
 
Why not rebuild the site in it niche and ad a afflicate to that niche.

Never put all you eggs in one basket....
 
Lots of great .eu domains out there, unfortunately they are hard to register for anyone outside the .eu. I would suggest 301ing it to a relevant site that you have, juice will be passed. Best of luck!
 
The powerful anchors are all English except for one. There are 3 pages that the majority of power links are focused on.

Also, it's an educational niche where there's no affiliate opportunity.

I'm thinking best shot would be to host and rebuild it, fire a few links at the tier 1's to get the site indexed again. Then...

Would I redirect the 3 power pages individually to 3 pages in my money site? Or redirect the entire site to my money site home page?

Luckily I have some family out there that can register the .eu domain for me!
 
What website or app you lot use to get these heigh exspired .edu domains????

I guess you restored the old site content? If so, just link from one of the top pages to your site but make it look legit.
If you didn't restore old site just use 404 to 301 plugin and create new article and link to your site.
Who cares what the domain name anyways?
 
My candid advice is to build a strong website around this domain.

WHY try to 301 redirect it to your website of 10 years? The risk is high. WHY not choose a low competitive keywords with huge search and go for it?
This certainly will be another stream of income within the next couple of months.

Wishing you the best. But if it's left for me, i won't think of redirecting this domain to my money website, the HIGHEST i could go, is 301 redirect it to a related domain for a new niche.

If your site has been up for 10 years, it's better to follow white hat link building than grey hat methods. Google is being smarter day by day so that using PBN can harm your money site.

I'm living in Asia and I can register any .eu domain with ease :D
